Is the Free IT Review really free?
Yes. There’s no charge for the review and no obligation to move to HTL afterwards. We hope you’ll be impressed enough to consider us when you next review your IT support, but the assessment itself is completely free of charge.
Do we need to prepare anything?
It helps if you can share a basic overview of your systems, any existing IT support contracts and details of recent issues. Don’t worry if this isn’t fully documented – we’re used to working with partial information.
Will you try to sell us something on the day?
No. The review is about understanding your situation first. If you’d like us to propose changes or quote for support afterwards, we’ll do that separately.
Can you work alongside our existing IT team?
Yes. Many organisations ask us to review their setup even when they have internal IT staff. We can provide a second opinion, highlight improvements and, if appropriate, act as a supplementary Managed IT Services partner.
