Yes. We’re happy to specify what you need and let you buy through your own channels if that’s what you prefer. Our goal is to make sure you end up with the right kit, not to force a particular supplier on you.
Do you install and configure the equipment you supply?
We can supply, install, configure and test new equipment as part of our IT Installation & Configuration service. Where possible we preconfigure kit off site so it’s ready to go when it arrives.
What happens if IT equipment you’ve supplied fails under warranty?
We’ll handle the warranty process with the manufacturer on your behalf, arrange repair or replacement and get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Can you advise us on standardising laptops and desktops across the company?
Absolutely. Standardising models and specifications makes support, security and future upgrades much easier. We can help you agree standards and roll them out in phases.
