How Much Does a Contract in IT Support Cost?
Our simple pricing model means that the more you spend, the better the value. Even at our highest rate of £125 an hour, we are still among the most cost-efficient IT companies providing IT support in London.
The monthly subscription charge is payable in advance and is tailored to represent best value for your particular business needs. For example, a central London business on a Level 2 Techplan could benefit from four site visits totalling two hours and more than three further hours of telephone support each month before any further costs are incurred. Call-out fees and times outside central London vary – please ask us.
Over the years we have found that the best way of doing this is to offer an incentive to clients to take the time to estimate correctly. The more accurate the estimate, the less additional costs are incurred, and we are able to deliver the service we would expect to receive ourselves. Out-of-contract engineering costs £120 an hour and web design costs £60 an hour.
Out-of-hours work will be charged at 1.6x the rate for labour / callouts.
All labour is charged in 15 minute intervals.
