PWS can monitor both servers and workstations. Many clients start with critical servers and then add key user devices over time.
Will this replace our existing anti-virus or backup tools?
No – PWS keeps an eye on whether those tools are working correctly. It doesn’t replace them; it makes sure they’re doing their job.
Can we receive alerts ourselves as well as HTL?
Yes. Alerts can be configured to go to your internal IT contact or managers as well as the HTL support team.
Is PWS only available to existing HTL support clients?
It’s typically delivered as part of a broader support relationship (TechPlan), but we can also discuss monitoring-led engagements if you have internal IT.
